I completed an order, paid for shipment and after signing out I realized that I needed an additional adapter. I signed back in and purchased the adapter and paid to ship this part just as if it were the only item that I had purchased. Realize that the shipping charges were more than the actual part itself. It was my fault so I asccepted the consequences. To my surpirse their shipping department realized what had happened. Packaged both items together and corrected the charges on my credit card. The package arrived on time. Product worked as advertised. Service was excellent. Thank you.

Just an update, the dept. is pleased with your system (STM5600). The color reception is outstanding as is the ir (infra-red). :I didnt know which camera to purchase. Mine system was 10 yrs old and the auto-iris no longer worked. I was afraid I would be forced to buy a complete system. The people at Rearview systems did the research and came up with the right choice for me. They even gave me instructions on how to connect it to my old monitor with step-by-step instructions for splicing the old cable to a new connector to fit my new camera. It works like a charm and saved me $400.00.

Body:I originally purchased my Voyager rearview system from Rear View Systems several years ago. Because my experience with this merchant was very good to excellant the first time, I came back just recently looking for a solution to a multiple camera hookup between my Surburan & my RV Trailer. My experience this time was just as good and I found the solution I needed in a two camera wiring system not available at the time of my first purchase.Sticking to just the Voyager product line, I found what I needed quickly ... then looked over newer products. Filling out the order form not a problem, pretty much standard. My order was accepted almost immediately and a confirmation waiting for me after I left their web site.

Another confirmation came in the next day confirming shipment & arrived at my home less than 48hrs after I placed the order. All of the hardware & cables were well packaged and came in excellant condition.Should the need arise, Ill not hesitate to shop with is merchant again.

Hello Kim,

I just wanted to send an additional thank you for your excellent customer service. My family and I are headed across Canada in our Winnebago motorhome and we are towing a small Jeep TJ behind. Our rearview cameral system failed in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. When the system was working I thought it was kind of neat, but as the saying goes "you don't really appreciate something until it is taken away from you" implies, I didn't really understand the importance of checking on our towed vehicle.

Now the problem was how to get the video monitor part as we were changing locations pretty much every day. We were planning on passing through Syracuse, NY and with very short notice you arranged to ship a replacement part to a local RV dealer. We stopped in at Meyers RV in Syracuse at noon on July 12 and the part was waiting for us. It took about ten minutes to install and everything is working fine.

Thank you for your help in making our trip a little bit safer!

Bought my rearview camera system at http://www.rearviewsystems.com. Kim was easy to work with and answered all of my questions with a great deal of patience. The camera I use is mounted high on the rear of my toyhauler and it's video feed goes directly to the Pioneer DVD/Navigation screen in the dashboard of the truck. As per your request we are sending you pictures after installation on my brother's (Mike) Truck and Trailer using the Voyager - 2 camera system.

The installation went flawlessly and we found the equipment to operate exactly as described.

All I can say is: Thank You!!! ........... for all your help and assistance in getting us all the equipment and parts we needed.

I have included all the views I could get, from inside the cab of the truck, including the camera views from the back of the Cab and from the back of the Trailer, also a couple of pictures of where the monitor was mounted in the cab.

This rig has been converted from a horse trailer to hauling a different kind of Horses.......... it is used to haul motorcycles and now has a much extended living area where the tack area and stalls used to be.

I forgot to include the information about using the system. My brother is extremely happy with this system. He travels quite a bit and said it was exactly what he was wanting. He said it now makes backing into the slots at the RV parks much easier, being able to actually see what's right behind the trailer and not having to worry about accidentally backing into something he was previously unable to see, let alone making it much, much easier to connect the trailer to the truck.

The more driving I do with the system installed, the more I appreciate it - since my van has very dark-tinted windows, the low-lux camera is especially awesome at night: Just the glow from the red running lights is enough to let it see the road behind me and although the reverse lights don't do much for me with naked eye, it is like daytime on the monitor!

Was wondering if you have thought about including with orders a simple small "RearviewSystems.com" sticker, 4 or 5 inches wide, to put up next to the cam, so many people ask me about it, and sure that it would be noticed when I am parked too. I am not really a bumpersticker kind of person, but would happily put your name/logo up by your product.

The shipping is fast. The prices are the lowest. The color Voyager system is $220 Cheaper than camping world. Although I did not elect to go with the color unit, I am sure the black and white Voyager system I purchased and installed quite easily in my RV will work great. I highly recommend this store, I dont see how anyone could do better shopping anywhere else for these type products.

I also purchased my backup system fromhttp://www.rearviewsystems.com/index.html I mounted my monitor by my rear view mirror. The installation was not a problem on my class C. If you are handy at all, you can save quite a bit rather than buying from "CW".

I just wanted to say how pleased I was with the level of service received.

I had purchased a rearview system for my motorhome a few months ago and experienced a problem with the unit. I was unable to tell if the monitor or the camera was the source of the problem. It took only one phone call and a new system was immediately shipped. No questions asked. I was able to isolate the problem to the monitor and shipped back the bad monitor with the new camera and cables that had been shipped in order to isolate the problem.

It is nice to see that old fashioned service still exists in the present day.

Hi my name is Ron Sidener and I bought your M-65 Black and white rearview system for my 34 foot fleetwood Flair motor home. The Dealer wanted $1300 dollars to install there black & white rearview system on my motorhome that I bought new in October 2002.

I installed your system in about 4 hours from start to finish. This is the first time I had ever done anything like this (What a piece of cake). The monitor and camera are sharp and clear and I can actually hear my wife talking to me from the rear of my motorhome.

searched the web for a while, looked at alot of the other company web sites, rearview systems site had all the info i was looking for and the questions i did have were answered over the phone and when they said they would get back to me they actually did and within minutes, i called them back to add a second camera to my system and that was also an easy no hassle deal. they said it would be shipped right out, and it was! if your looking for a backup system for your tow truck this is the place!! the LCD color monitor is worth the extra cost for the room saving in your cab. the latest systems at the best $$

Just a note to let you know how pleased I am with the M-65 System. I needed a rear view system for my motor-home but did not want to spend $400-$450 for it. What a deal! This unit saved me a couple hundred dollars and has the features of more expensive systems. Thank goodness my search engine stopped at Rearview Systems.

Just returned from Bradenton, FL pulling our new 45' Boat Trailer. It should be a requirement that camera's be used on all towing vehicles. The night vision capability is amazing.

Comments: I had ordered one complete system (monitor & 1 camera), then added 2 more cameras and extra cables. I received a phone call the next night from Rearview Systems regarding my order. I was aware that the monitor for the camera system had a built-in second camera input & a switch on the monitor to select between them. But I ordered three (3) cameras and Rearview Systems called to
make sure that I understood that the monitor could take only two inputs at one time. The representative I was talking to said that they processed an order for me and were sending the complete system
package plus one (1) extra camera and I would receive it within a few days. When I replied that I was completely aware of the 2 camera input of the system, but still wanted the third camera, the gentleman apologized,. for the delay on the last camera and said they would get that part of my order processed and on it's. As it turned out, when the first package arrived at my door, all of my order was in the box - and no delay was experienced.
